With two years remaining on his contract, rumors are now being confirmed that James Milner of Ashton Villa is considering a change.  Ashton Villa's manager Martin O'Neill has had conversations about Milner's desire to move teams. 

Earlier this summer, Manchester City made a £ 20 million bid for Milner, which was denied. Villa is currently asking £30 million for him.  Upon Milner's return from the World Cup within the next few weeks, arrangements and negotiations should begin to be worked out.
